Brother Arthur Muhammad, the Student Assistant Minister at Muhammad Mosque No. 7 started listening to the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan in 1994. He received his first cassette tape from Afrika Bambaataa and became an instant fan. After finishing a 40 city tour, Afrika Bambaataa asked him if he would like to go to Chicago for Saviours’ Day to hear Minister Farrakhan. Brother Arthur was very excited to see him live and was very impressed by the disciple and structure. The next Sunday, in October 1988 he found the mosque in Harlem and heard Brother Kevin X, (Minister Abdul Hafez Muhammad, may Allah be pleased) and stood up to accept the Teachings.
