Brother Minister Troy accepted the teachings while in a prison in 1991. After serving 13 years he entered Muhammad Mosque #1 and officially began assisting in Prison Ministry and community outreach in 2004. He was appointed Student Minister of Mosque #1 in 2013, blessed to host Saviours’ Day 5 times, Holy Day of Atonement, and purchase a new Mosque in his 10 years of service as Student Minister.
